Conference on \"Incoterms, Artificial Intelligence and Digitization of International Trade Documents\", organized by ICC Spain and the Chamber of Commerce of Seville<\/strong><\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
The Roundtable, moderated by Valle Garc\u00eda de Novales, held in Seville on April 4, analyzed the main initiatives being developed around the world to adapt national legislation to the UNCITRAL MLETR in order to achieve full equivalence between electronic records and paper documents, in particular transferable documents. The discussion focused on the issues raised by such equivalence, such as document signature, ownership and authentication, security, integrity, control and traceability of electronic records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
