A commercial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in her practice, focusing on international business law, especially in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and mediating in the settlement of disputes arising thereof.

A sound knowledge of foreign trade operations allows her to provide legal advice and support to mitigate risk in cross-border transactions.

Valle has led successful investment projects, both Spanish investments abroad and foreign investments in Spain, including M&A transactions.

Chairperson of ICC Spain Commission on Commercial Law and Practice.
Member of ICC Spain Experts Group on Incoterms 2020 Rules.
Regular lecturer at ICC National Committees in Europe.
Member of Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission.
Lecturer on International Commercial Contracts, both in-company and at different institutions (University of Zaragoza, Spanish Chambers of Commerce, ESIC Business School…).
Lawyer member of the Zaragoza Bar Association since 1992.
A pioneer in the development of regulations for Spanish ski areas.

/ Paloma Gómez Miranda

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at University of Zaragoza and Master in Global Taxation at Instituto de Empresa (LL.M), she is Head of our International Taxation and Customs Department, focusing on direct and indirect taxation resulting from cross-borders projects and transaction, especially concerning turn-key projects and posting of workers.

Member of ICC Spain Tax Commission.
Broad experience in providing in-company training to our customers concerning tax planning and tax management of turn-key projects carried out overseas.
